Hi,
All good news :) Ethereal Dreams Tarot and Poker decks are on their way to our fulfillment partners in Europe and the US!
We expect to start shipping tarot and poker decks directly to our European backers as soon as next week. 🎉
And there is a much larger shipment of decks on it's way to the US now! So we expect to start shipping to US (and rest of the world) before the end of November. 👊

Hi,
I hope this note finds you feeling great and enjoying the change of seasons. I'm here in NC and the colors of the trees have been amazing this year.
So we've got some good news, some better news and a quality control update.
1. The good news is that everything looks on track for the December delivery that we promised in the campaign. 👍
2. The better news is there's a pretty good chance of an early delivery sometime mid to late November.
3. The quality control update is that we're working with a wonderful printer. In one of the photos they sent we noticed a small defect on the Luxury Poker Deck sleeve. This little defect was the kind of thing that customers would probably never notice, but we mentioned it to the printer and they insisted on reprinting them for us. So even thought it sets things back by a week or two, it's worth it to know that everything should turn out just about perfect – AND – that we have such a reliable production partner.
We'll send another update as soon as we hear back from the printer about the Luxury Poker sleeves. Everything else is totally finished!

First an important note! Don't dispute the shipping charges with your credit card company.
The charges will appear on your credit card statement from Model Society.
Unfortunately we've had a cascade of disputed charges. And when you dispute a charge we get hit with a $15 dollar processing fee.
If you have a problem please contact us.
Unfortunately we're unable to counter every dispute. In many cases our only option is to cancel the customer order.

We've been getting photos (enclosed) from the printer as they finish the cards. It's super exciting to see and we can't wait to get everything shipped.

Art books & prints are shipping now + some cool new images.

Hi,
We hope this note finds you feeling great and enjoying life.
Just a quick update :). I'm pleased to share that all of the printed art books and 11" x 17" prints have been shipped. Some have already arrived in backers hands. If you ordered one keep your eyes peeled.
And (even more exciting) Max just told me that the Tarot and Playing Cards are in production now! So they should all be completed in about two weeks.
We'll send shipping estimates for the cards as soon as we can. We can't wait to get them to the fulfilment center for shipping.

Finally, our goal was to create card decks that would inspire and bring you joy. So thanks for the support and warm feedback! This has been an incredible group of enthusiastic backers.
